劳伦·佩利

劳伦·佩利 is Associate Manager of 非营利组织 & Small Business Legal Assistance 项目 (NPSB) at the D.C. 酒吧公益中心. In this role, she manages the screening of D.C. community nonprofits and small businesses seeking on-going legal assistance, brief advice services, or training on transactional and corporate law issues—including entity formation, 治理, 商业租赁, intellectual property, 就业法, 合同, 风险管理. She also maintains NPSB’s online resource center, edits its nonprofit newsletter and legal alerts, and produces its webinars.

Prior to joining the 公益性服务 Center, Lauren worked at Levine Blaszak Block & Boothby, a communications and information technology law firm, where she maintained client files and first witnessed the positive impact pro bono work can make on local communities. She has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and previously worked at youth engagement, 环境, and investigative journalism nonprofits.

Paley holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the George Washington University.
